        Wouldn't give any stars. I went with my husband who is in alot of pain to collect his prescription. He is exempt from paying for prescriptions. She shouted across the shop do you pay for your prescriptions and really embarrassed us.

        Great Pharmacy! I'm visiting occasionally from Lancaster, so have collected prescriptions from here. What a difference! Items are usually in stock and if not, the pharmacy will get them for you pdq. Pharmacist is efficient, knowledgeable and good humoured and a complete contrast to my usual chemist in Asda! Thanks Boots Carnforth and keep up the great customer service!

        Recently, I had an issue with a Dyson hairdryer which had been causing me problems for almost a year & Dyson refused to help. Lisa at Boots, however, managed to solve the issue in just a couple of days! The staff in this store are always lovely, friendly and helpful but this was above and beyond the call of duty & the wonderful service given, was greatly appreciated - thank you.

        Staying in Carnforth for long weekend. Forgot my medication, in conjunction with NHS 111 and Boots Pharmacy staff they were extremely helpful and considerate in ensuring prescription was actioned and delivered to me. Can't thank them enough
