        Ordered 2 items, got a refund a few days later with a generic message. Really needed the items, disappointed with the service provided. Tried emailing the email address provided in the refund message and got told that I had emailed the wrong person...

        Visited the shop following a pampering session at the salon across the road. We decided to enter the shop to have a browse. We were immediately aware of the man behind the counter looking at us and observing us on the cctv monitor behind the black curtain. When we entered the craft part the female assistant kept an eye on us the whole time. Pretending to look at purses etc. I am a professional person and even the thought of shop lifting is alien to me. It was the most uncomfortable experience in a shop that we have ever had. I have worked in retail and understand shop lifting is a problem but its a fine line between making someone very uncomfortable and keeping your livelihood theft free. I wont be going back as I wouldnt want that experience again.
