        Absolutely love it here. Ive found exercise that is fun and have made some great friends. I attend silks and pole here and always walk away on a high even on the weeks when I wasnt really feeling it! Would definitely recommend.

        Bex is such a warm, welcoming person and a great instructor. She was giving it 100% and making everyone feel awesome no matter their ability. I was impressed with how far along I got even on my first session. It's a lot more difficult to do some of the moves than she makes it look, but with more practice it will definitely improve my core strength and I'll be able to do them just as easily I'm sure.
