I'm literally in my house right now the van came posted a slip didn't even knock on my door and drove of took picture of my door this can't be real service from guy called Marc on 29 April 1404 this is worst service I've ever seen

Absolute rubbish... Drivers said they tried to deliver but never did. The delivery address is a hotel and the excuse they have was no one was available to sign for it, I was at work all day and no delivery was attempted. After reading the reviews I'm not surprised. I have made a complaint which has now been escalated to a higher department so hopefully these drivers will be dealt with in the appropriate way

Update: Another failed collection today - 35 parcels that our trade customers are expecting for delivery tomorrow. Original review: We are a online wholesaler/retailer and recently switched to using DPD Disgraceful collection service here in Barrow. Didnt even turn up yesterday, but customer services told us a pack of lies instead. Today turned up at 6.20pm, but in the literally 15 seconds it took for me to RUN downstairs, hed already jumped in the van & driven off! Unbelievable.

Tracking info keeps changing when and what day they are going to deliver, then said they attempted, picture shows trying to deliver to wrong address. Complete Muppets which is why business my stopped using them
