Can't fault the staff always very helpful and efficient

I had the unfortunate experience of this particular branch, three people in a queue and a forty minute wait, the hapless assistant found fit to engage in a long and protracted discussion which I unfortunately could hear, several people entered but got fed up and left, all this with another member of staff sat watching and we wonder why so many branches are closing, if this is now the Barclays way of treating customers after 47 years it time to look for a new bank. Shame on you Carnforth branch.

Understaffed. Clear these big banks want to drive people away from the branches to do their business online.
