My wife and I bought a new 2020 Carnaby model in 2019 oak Dale outlet and from the word go we had nothing but bother with faults in curtains door handles breaking ,blinds breaking and the seating unit is cheap rubbish as another reviewer stated very poor quality During the first replacement seating(we are on number 3) the people delivering damaged our main entrance door and door frame plus damaged paint work outside the door. That door had to be replaced 3 times as every time Carnaby sent over people to us in N Ireland they ended up breaking more than they repaired We were promised a different seating model/make by Carnaby as we were fed up looking at seating which after little use began to sink/soft seats it started to sag and go out of shape and twice we had stitching problems coming undone.. Carnaby after promising to send us a different seating last year units were sent to us the same model and make but in a different colour. I have asked Carnaby to honour their contract of promise but they informed me today they will no longer reply to me directly. Please any person thinking of buying the brand Carnaby. . Think again as the quality is not worth the price holiday park owners charge 38, thousand plus,and Carnaby warranty care is disgraceful and they give out misleading information and when asked to provide simple evidence that the latest seating unit is a different make from those previous rubbish they refuse to respond to me. . All I require is the booklet from the last seating unit and the one from the one they sent us last year so i can ask a local furniture dealer to show me the diffetence apart from the colour. . Carnaby are refusing to provide simple evidence which could prove they did not mislead us by promising to send a different make/model but actually they thought we would be stupid enough not to notice ? Great customer care . I forgot to mention the fascia at the front which was ill-fitting Carnaby. after I sent evidence to them it was ill-fitting they sent a person over who cut lumps out of it with tin snips leaving it in worse condition and it took almost a year and a half to get it replaced but to be fair corona virus was in play. After all the damage Carnaby caused in the last 3 years . . .this will blow your minds folks. . I contacted Carnaby this year march time to inform them that 2 radiators kitchen/main bathroom were starting to rust and i got a reply from Carnaby to say as a . . Wait for it folks . . . As a gesture of good will they on their next visit to ireland they would replace them. . A gesture of good will . . never mind the fact the previous 3 years Carnaby almost destroyed our brand new static and took every last ounce of enjoyment my wife and I had. .if my true account is not enough to make you think again about buying anything with carnaby on it . . then when you end up in the disgraceful situation my and i have and are still in then you cannot say you were not well warned. . The radiators were replaced 2 weeks ago so march to August over 5 months Great customer care Carnaby Looks like my solicitor will have to complete this journey to get this rubbish seating replaced for the one promised . . To end this review remember folks When Carnaby send incompetent people who have little to zero skills who border on pure vandalism and they make a promise ref seating units but don't deliver as promised they refuse to prove no lies have been told. .and when cornered into providing evidence simple evidence they pull the refuse to respond to any more of my emails asking for evidence no misleading by Carnaby has happened they shut or attempt to shut me down . .lol more fool them . And whenever their radiators just 3 year old starts rusting it appears my wife and I should be so grateful they are replacing them . . After what we have suffered the last 3 years. Beggars belief . Purchased carnaby oakdale caravan in June 2021 model. Looks great but having problems with there after sales service regarding repairs. Everything seems to be of poor quilty. Sorry I ever bought it.
