The Royal Oak Carlton

Group of 8 and we had the small marquis in the garden. Staff excellent really made to feel welcome. Wines well chilled in fact all the drinks were just right. Really good atmosphere.

Very limited menu and even then not everything was available, but what we had was good. The beers and cider available on tap are a bit more interesting than a lot of places.

We came for lunch with our 3yo and little dog and had a great time. The outdoor area is well kept and spacious (great for bigger groups) and the food is always good. The atmosphere here is always nice, and the staff are always friendly and attentive, highly recommend for a pub lunch!

This is our second visit to the Royal Oak in Carlton and have booked again for next weekend. Delicious food, lovely beer garden and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Nice friendly pub with a good menu. Friendly staff and great chef. Fast and efficient, tasty food. A few beers - could do with a few more local beers on tap but overall I would recommend.
