        Great company to deal with , very helpful lady , Collette, on the phone and a friendly , courteous young man called Jacob who came out and sorted my washing machine . They were totally upfront the whole time about the ability to sort my machine, and I was made aware of all applicable charges before going ahead with my appt. No hesitation in recommending .

        After waiting more than a week for British gas to come and repair my microwave/combi unit,I was allowed to use a 3rd party repair service, I took the unit to appliance services where they fully repaired it in 24 hrs,now that is what I call brilliant customer service

        After a number of visits to my washing machine damage was caused to my floor. I queried this and was basically called a liar. I have no choice but to use this company as my items are under warranty from Howdens but I would be very wary if using them. No response now after being told this petson and that person would come out
