    Emailed 3 days before we were due to park to say the parking was no longer available and was told we were booked into the long stay car park instead! Not the service we paid for, long wait for the transfer bus on the outbound and even longer wait on the inbound.......

    As all other reviews, turned up car park locked with mobile number to phone. Should not be allowed to run a service like this. NEVER use again! Not told it was closed and was directed to long stay carpark. Would have just booked long stay if I'd known! Ridiculous

    Told at the last minute being up graded to long stay car park. After arriving back in uk at 3am no bus turned up while waiting for over 20 mins out in the open blowing a gale. No staff to advise or help us. As we didnt know if a bus would turn up I walked for 20 mins to the long stay car park to fetch my car to pick three children up and 18 month grandchild. Once I left the car park my family telephoned me to say the bus had now come. I tried to get back into the carpark to meet them but barrier would not lift. So I drove to two bus stops outside the carpark perimeter to try meet the family. I pulled up at the only safe spot I could find and telephoned them with directions where to find me. Loaded everyone in the car then got home with two fines of 100 each for twice trying to find the right bus stop. Appealed and they had no interest in our situation. There is no one you can discuss with. It has not only put me off EVER using Viking its put me off using Leeds Bradford Airport . The service for us was a disgrace from landing back at Leeds for baggage to getting out of the car parks.

    Booked this in January for our trip in June. Last week decided to Google it again and saw the reviews about being closed etc. Tried to make contact them numerous times but the phone number goes to "unavailable" and they don't respond to emails. Eventually I rang a different parking company who confirmed they are closed and are weird and will wait for you to turn up or leave It late to email you and tell you to go to a different car park. I didn't wanna risk it so I've cancelled and rebooked with sentinel.

    Booked to park from the 26th of may until 2nd of June, turned up to find the entrance coned off and plenty of pi**ed of people there, phone number on gate to call and was told we had been upgraded to long stay car park in main airport parking, we arrived at, it took ages to find a place, serious stressful start to holiday, no notification from them no apology, avoid like the plague as we will in the future, should call themselves clowns not Viking . JUST AN UPDATE, I contacted them several times concerning this matter and was totally ignored. Fabulous company NOT.
