        Booked this as a gift for 30yr old son. Dave the pilot instructor put him at ease straight away and made him comfortable outside of his usual comfort zone!         I went here for the first time ever for my birthday which was gifted to me by my lovely fianc. Wow!!! I have been into this stuff for years and to have a gift like this was unexpected and warmly received. Love to my Lady. So it was a 15 minute Hover Challenge in a Robinson R22. My first time in any type of helicopter and it was everything I expected and much more. The instant we arrived ( family came with me!! ) we were warmly greeted by Steph who made us feel very welcome and explained what the process was going to be. The actual flight was amazing...seeing helicopters on TV and having understanding of how these machines work is completely different when you are in it!! The noise, the vibration and the power is striking. But for such a small helicopter this little R-22 was very responsive not to mention "twitchy" as described by the instructor pilot. Which I soon found out! All in all a fantastic gift and a memorable birthday. I plan on going back for a longer flight and am seriously considering a PPL (H). Thanks to all at HeliJet Aviation.

        Gifted a trail flight with 30 minutes air time. The experience was excellent, a quick brief before takeoff then a whirlwind tour over Leeds, Harrogate and surrounding areas. Stunning scenery. Opportunity to take controls and steer under supervision during the flight, additionally some more complicated moves toward the end were taught nearer the helipad. Instructor was friendly and very informative. A fantastic gift, would definitely recommend. A selection of helicopters are available we had a four seater which enabled two passengers to enjoy the experience along with the pilot and one gifted.
