Went to Bunkered live and purchased a pair of 002F from their stand. Shoes looked great, but got home to find a defective one in the box. 48 hours later 2 emails, and message via their website and I still haven't even had an acknowledgement let alone any idea of a resolution. Poor quality leather, but even worse customer service and satisfaction. Really disappointed!!
