        the lady i spoke to about my problem , was most polite , very helpful, although i had to wait to regain entry on to web site , this was a technical fault , and she was most apologetic .. 10/10

        Today 27/5/2020, I was visited by an Engineer to carry out a safety check on my boiler. I am 73 years old and I have a heart problem, no one had been in my house for nearly 3 months and I felt anxious. The engineer who I think was called John, turned up wearing a mask and gloves. He had a pleasant, reassuring and professional manner and I felt safe. Thank you very much.
