positive: Good showroom, well presented and clean with working stoves. positive: Sales very knowledgeable of products, said they would be out next week to look at our fireplace. "Our Expectations set". negative: Communication: Said they would phone but did not. negative: Communication: We chased. Said he was not going to visit as holidays and week mismanaged. negative: Communication: Said we would not get a stove till January or Feb at the earliest.

Phoned to ask if they sold stool grates for coal fires. Rather than answering the question, the guy asked, "do you have the old grate?" I needed a grate urgently for my elderly housebound neighbour whose old one had fallen into pieces, and explained this. I was then asked for the specific measurements, so gave the max width. I was told this wasn't enough as all grates have different angles?! I ended up putting the phone down as the guy seemed actively reluctant to serve me, and wasn't listening to what I was saying. Went to Trafford Fireplaces, said "14.5in stool grate", and they sold me one immediately. Utterly bizarre "service" from Kengas.

We are more than happy to recommend Kengas world of stoves Their customer service was fantastic, from us initially visiting their showroom and not knowing really what stove was best for us they helped and guided us every step of the way. Their knowledge, advice and helpfulness was second to none.

The owner couldnt have been more helpful. He was willing to do a home visit as soon as convenient and sorted out the problem I had to my satisfaction. He also gave me useful advice on how to use the stove properly in order to keep the glass clean. Very happy customer
