Carlisle Brass

Never heard of the following but this company yes. Two weeks to open a trade account any other company same day or 2 So they said go to one of there stockist, Looked it up found 1 near me, Got in contact with them. They said we don't stock them order only that's fine. and then she said that carlise brass wont give her a price till an order has gone though. They have logged a compliant too as not happy!! not putting an order though without a price hahaha and then said a 5-6 weeks delivery THIS COMPANY I WONT BE USING - be aware

Absolutely brilliant 5* customer service. I bought two handles via an online retailer. Stupidly, I measured 2 of the fixing bolts incorrectly and snapped them off too short. Literally within 12 hours of calling Carlisle, I had replacement bolts delivered to me completely free of charge - way beyond all hopes or expectations. I cannot express how impressed I am...... Well done indeed and THANK YOU.

While I was very happy with my choice of Eurospec hinges from Carlisle Brass, I had cause to ask a few questions about them. Not only did they reply very promptly but the service from then on out was exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure installing them was as painless as possible for me. The result was I subsequently placed orders for more of their products and they will be my first port of call going forward. Thank you! Keep doing what you're doing!

I had an issue with some halndles purchased from toolstation. Toolstation put me in touch with Carlisle Brass and their technical team were very fast and efficient and have sent me some replacements which arrived within 24hrs. Great service and many thanks again.
