        Can't give zero stars, won't let me submit. Astonishingly bad. Paid extra for next day delivery, was refunded. If a company CANNOT honour their next day delivery, then DO NOT advertise it. I now have something that is 2 and a half hours from where I live. What's the use of that? Customer service is basically non-existant on the phone unless you want to pay 6 to be connected and then pay premium rates all in order to speak to someone. They replied to emails slowly, which is honestly great as it gave me time to calm down between responses. If you want their stuff, go to a retailer that supplies it. Avoid the website, avoid buying direct. Eventually went to get what I was after from an independent retailer, who not only had the exact item in stock, but was also cheaper and felt better to purchase from them as they're a small store. 0/10
