After getting a quote for double the price from another local company with less years of experience, I was pleasantly surprised with the price. Arthur came out to survey the work and he was incredibly helpful and honest, giving me loads of advice and I felt confident in his recommendations. After agreeing to the quote, they managed to fit me in really fast for the work to be completed which consisted of replacing joists, floorboards and spraying the woodworm treatment. Evan and Martin then came out, on time and were really friendly and completed the work to a high standard with minimal disruption. They explained what they were going to do and I am really happy with the work. I'd highly recommend this company and they were really good value as well and all come with a guarantee and no upfront costs. Cannot fault anything.
