Last week had unusual sound from my Volvo engine . Following morning went to Volvo - Carlisle . Meet with excellent team , service advisor Nick Hodgson was extremely helpful , professional , mechanic was very quick to established what was wrong , curtesy car was organised for me. Quick and efficient when we popped in with a faulty sensor. Was reset within 15 minutes and we could continue our journey. Thank you

Well what can I say... First class service all the way, I've had many different cars over the years, but always return to Volvo, for me quite simply the best car! And Lewis is on his A-game, brilliant service from the minute we ordered our car, kept us in the loop every step of the way. When we picked the car up Lewis made sure we understood everything, and although he had a very busy day ahead of him he made sure the car was all set up, and we knew how everything worked, nothing too much bother! Would recommend Lewis at Lloyd Volvo to everyone. And when we're ready for another car it'll be Volvo again, quite simply the best car I've ever had. Thank you for the best customer experience! All round I give Lewis at Volvo Carlisle 10/10 .
