        12 days and still no deposit refunded!!! Apparentlyits in terms and conditions only never told on the phone!!!

        Ordered 2 items to hire online, was charged extra 111 - received 12 emails during and after hire. I emailed customer services about extra charges and was refunded but no apology or response to my email. Thankfully the staff in the shop were brilliant and sorted out most of the mess their rubbish booking system created. Without these members of staff the business would go down the toilet.
