Went to perbook a taxi for the morning as I have work and try a different company and I got told to call back in the morning and just hung the phone down

Only leaving 1 star as it's not possible to leave 0. Worst taxi service going, pre-booked two taxis - the first one was 15mins late which the driver blamed on traffic, and I had to phone up to find out where it was. Second taxi was booked for 1.30pm, having not heard a thing I phoned up at 1.35pm to ask where the taxi was. Response I got was he would be 5-10mins (with no apology or explanation for being late in the first place, as if it was normal for a customer to book a taxi for a certain time but then have it actually arrive 15mins later without giving any notice). I then got a text at 1.50pm saying the driver was on his way to me and would arrive at 2pm - I had a train booked for 2.10pm so would have missed it had I waited for them to sort themselves out. Joke of a company, book elsewhere and if no one is available, you're better off walking to wherever it is you need to go - you'll get there quicker than this companys taxis.
