        When I first spoke to Mike, I knew what I wanted but didn't think it was possible. Also, not knowing the technical terms for the disks, labrets, sizes etc I was a nightmare! After only a few messages, he established exactly what I wanted and reassured me that it was indeed possible to achieve the desired look I sought. Mike is a perfect mix of being professional and extremely knowledgeable but also really approachable and friendly. I'm absolutely thrilled with my refreshed piercings which he replaced for me.
