        Car in for servicing and repairs, the staff could not have been more helpful A lift into town was arranged, communication was good. Work was carried out to a high standard car returned in an immaculate condition. Altogether a great customer experience.

        My dad bought a skoda superb sportline estate from telfords in 2021, sadly passed in nov 22, I took on the car, and and they transferd the second service over too me. Just had its second service, and it was a pleasent experience, lovely clean certisy car, and the staff were all really pleasant and helpfull. Service video was sent, and paperwork talked through at the end, as well as a follow up call the next day. Highly recommend. Will deffo go back. Michael Whitehaven.
