Don't deserve one star. They provided nothing but annoyance. Kept me waiting for nearly a year. Never replying. Missed appointments. Don't use them unless you are a really large project. They act like they are too good for your average domestic user. I had cash available. Offered to pay upfront but no, they kept me waiting on various things and then nearly a year later of my polite enquiries as to how they were getting on, they just told me to get lost. They would not supply what I needed. I used them because they were a local firm but obviously they are in it for the money and not their community.
