        As I literally just joined and left the company within the spans of 2 days - I was immediately thrusted into work with no training or knowledge of policies, the company did not check A. my SIA license Validity (it was valid but the point stands) or B. If I had a past criminal conviction (Which I dont but the point still stands) of which my job was in the NHS working with vulnerable people, when I informed the director I did not want to continue the role as I did not enjoy basically following a patient around for 12 hrs a day, he responded with an arsey text saying "young people let everyone down, good luck in life, you'll need it"
