I did try almost all the takeaways in Carlisle finally I did try pizza Italy, its the best. 3th delivery now all on time and food is so delicious. Special gourmet box, sooooo yummy THANK YOU guys

Best mix salad in town when I order a take away this is what I order fresh salad every time and comes with a 9" garlic bread and a pot of homemade coleslaw excellent service to and very polite on the phone 5* rateing from me

I normally order off pizza Italia no problems but I think they have gone down on there normal standards I have never had a problem but ordered few times no problem but as of tonight I have ordered a couple of wraps both arrived but unfortunately my tikka wrap was stone cold and my mates was not hot in my view we phoned up spoke too manager who said they were freshly made no way she was very rude if I was honest trying too say i must be wrong I told her they were cold but too be fair after minutes arguing she said if I gave bk the old wraps she would send two more fair enough I thought so went ahead it took bout 25 minutes for second lot of wraps too arrive they were very hot thought great hot food only too find yes she had replaced the wraps fine but i realised after eating the salad was also hot too be fair salad should not be boiling hot I realised she had only gone and put it into the microwave very disappointed with this as normally I would recommend so disappointed and this is a review as too this is how pizza italia work and guess what pizza italia have gone and done cause I left this review they have basically gone and blocked all payments off me any orders apparently won't go through how petty are pizza italia it is a free world freedom of opinions and speach I was willing too let things go gave them a try again as every takeaway makes mistakes when busy but no my order was declined and I payed on card I am waiting on a refund and am in talks with foodhub as too getting my money back I was willing too forgive and forget how petty they are the lady on phone again said she chooses who she delivers too and who she does and not very petty lady has a total attitude problem I have also told foodhub that I will be submitting this second review gosh people BE WARNED with this takeaway if you have to leave a review you may be blocked from ordering too just BE WARNED petty women power trip I have the rite too complain and won't be silent sorry ... OMG I CANT BELIEVE my mate ordered a takeaway from pizza italia but guess what he complained about food being cold and waiting ages for delivery when he complained they took food back and got re delivery and gave cold food back as too being cold again guys his new order has been put into microwave salad was hot and soggy just be aware as now they have now blocked my friend from ordering from them just because of the reviews he now blocked shame on you pizza italia I'm putting this here cause he couldn't or knew how too post a review pls be warned Carlisle they are blocking people as too reviews shame on you pizza italia pls expect different options and views and not block ppl for there reviews and opinions it's free speach too have opinions and views ....

Ordered delivery to CA4 direct from Pizza Italia's website, food arrived hot and exactly as expected, very happy.
