Speedy, friendly and helpful service to get some passport photos taken. Been here over the year for all the kids and wife's photos and never had an issue.

This shop is a gem of a local Carlisle business. I recently got back into film photography and have used the shop for buying film and developing. They are always happy to help with advice and answer questions about photography.

Iv been in a few times, they always look so bloody miserable. They wouldn't fit my pictures in my frame literly bitten my head off. Terrible service and people skills. I wont be going back. So uncomfortable. The woman always looks like someone has been killed. Very uncomfortable deffo avoid. Iv been in a few times and you are so rude. I was stupid to go back even others have said how terrible you are no idea how you have all the stars so rude to your customers i only went as I didn't know their was another shop and their is and they are lovely kind and respectful don't work with the public if you hate it that much good god
