        I have ordered a repeted prescription on the telephone,the emploee told me that she had ordered the medication for me and that it would have arrived on monday. I went to the pharmacy days later but my medication was not there.Well you SHOULD say to those clients that call, that the medication MIGHT be ordered through the GP!!!!Very bad.

        Save yourself the stress and go to any other pharmacy in Carlisle than this one. Im not just one person whos had a bad experience; every time I go in I hear at least one person complaining about how useless this place is. And thats only when its actually open, this is the second time Ive gone there for a prescription and the door has been locked with a sign saying we are closed due to unforeseen circumstances, surely at some point the circumstances stop being unforeseen.
