Well Carlisle - Orton Road

Wigton Rd 'WELL' chemist is causing Me so much aggravation as I am on a lot of different meds.I use to receive a text message telling Me that My meds are ready to be collected so I'd go & get all My prescriptions each month at the same time. Now it seems like its since David the previous Pharmacist was moved chemist was on top of it & had people's prescriptions ready for them as needed. Now since I've had 2 more meds added to my prescription & have been struggling to get some of meds that I've been taking for over 15 years now as when I rang them up to ask if My prescription was ready only to be told that they don't have all my meds as 2 different types of my daily meds I was told are not classed as a repeated prescription although i've been on them for so long.Since being able to speak to the Chemist staff in person on thirsday the Pharmacist Lady explained to me that due to all the different meds I will have to order my own medication as and when needed. Due to My Epilepsy my head doesn't work well & my memory isn't really vary reliable either and there for as I didn't know that ordering my meds is now my job I did half of last week in a bad, sick, not safe on my own mode as I was missing some meds & I'm now fairly sure that they're important due to the state I was left in. Is this just the way it is now or should I look in to changing which Chemist I use?

First class pharmacy just off Orton Road. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Very clean and tidy well laid out for all to see there products. Staff are very professional and efficient and friendly. They are a first class service. It's a joy to go there

The worst pharmacy ever. Never open at the time it says it ment to be open. Pharmacist never comes to work on time so they can't sell anything and people on phone so ignorant

Useless staff and no help or respect at all. Staff in there always looking for excuses and don't do anything at all to help and so bad manners

Prior to heading to Spain for a month my wife and I required to get our medication early, the staff bent over backwards to help us and everything was sorted in the same day, Thank you Well, Orton Road.
