        Don't even deserve this rating. Wasted a morning travelling for a COVID vaccination only to be told they had none. They had sent frequent reminders about the appointment yet couldn't bother to text me when they were cancelled.

        Dreadful. GP practice issued prescription on 9th march. Visited today 5th April (5th attempt to collect) and still not got all of it despite a text saying it was ready. Been fobbed off with "it just needs checked by the pharmacist", "it will be ready tomorrow", "it will be here by the weekend". "We havent got all the items" - well order some!. Had 4 weeks to sort this out. They even gave me some medication which i didnt order and wasnt on the prescription - after 4 weeks i do need it now though!
