So many bad reviews but your work doesn't go unnoticed. Moved here from Blackwell road who were a nightmare never answer the phone I understand it gets busy but they should have someone manning that phone at all times not ignoring it because it's just going to annoy folk. I've never had any issues with petteril bank always been helpful to me meds always sorted for my partner to collect been signed up today for the text messaging services and got messaged right away. When a medication hasn't been in stock they have sent it back to my doctors and sorted it. You can't please everyone but I'm pleased with your service. You will get alot of abuse for what always isn't your fault it's a hard job to do and people don't understand that when sometimes all you want to say is f off and you have to keep a smile and all these people happy it's hard. Well done to you all

It takes them 40 minutes to count 24 pills .any slower they will stop.

If you want to wait 20+ mins for your prescription use this shop. Three weeks running my prescription hasn't been at the chemist!!!

Terrible pharmacy! I get my monthly prescription here, however everytime I go in its never there! So I'm having to go 3-4 days without my medication until my doctor can sort it out, they say they will reorder it (repeat prescription) and never do!! They are absolutely useless!! Avoid this place!
