I did not give a 1 star review because of my experience, but because I have never used Lucy's K9 Cuts. I am sure she is a lovely groomer, and I wouldnt hesitate in going to her.The star was not meant to offend her, or give her a bad reputation, as that would be most unfair, but I couldn't clear the review question.
