I have worked for Kingston court for 7 years. Every day is completely different which I absolutely love. As staff we are like one big family. I truly feel the care here is outstanding and i wouldnt hesitate having a family member live here.

My mother was left alone all day and night. The food trays weren't even taken away just piled on top of each other. I honestly believe if we hadn't got her out when we did, She wouldn't be with us. Not necessarily the staff fault (entirely) but they are understaffed and struggle to cope. Which is what we want and need from a care home.

I have had the pleasure of working in Kingston Court for the last 4 years. I feel part of one big family. Staff deliver a high standard of care. CQC recently awarded an overall GOOD in all domains. This is credited to excellent leadership and hard work from the manager and her brilliant team.

I came to work at Kingston Court 7 yrs ago. Initially it was a short term plan until I got a 'proper' full time job. But on arriving I found that I totally enjoyed working here. I enjoy the relationships I can make with residents and their families. We use a bio/psych/social model of care, looking at the resident as a whole. I am encouraged to expandd my knowledge with regular training. I have also been encouraged to progress in my role. Kingston Court is a supportive and nurturing environment to work.
