Great place to learn, however some of there external tutors are racists. One company in particular SP Training does not approve of diversity, I was on an FLT course in early February approx 4 weeks ago. The course is very intense and has a very dusty environment too. The instructors, one a very large small man by the name of Carl and one ex army, are racists and constantly cracking racists jokes about black people, which I found to be highly offensive. I am Asperger syndrome and ADHD, they state diversity on there website, they most certainly do not adhere to it. I complained to the general manager James was his name and he did nothing to assist me in me achieving the warehousing NVQ Level two, I had already passed level one which is why I was selected for the course progression to level two, on the fourth day of the five day course I had simply had enough of there unsportive attitude, both of the tutors kept repeating themselves stating "quote the problem with you is you think to much unquote" of which I replied yes thats called an ADHD BRAIN! problem was they were both acting in a very unsportive way toward me and I quit. Kevin an employee too understood me better and made accommodations for me whilst on the first part of the course which I passed but to this day do not have my NVQ level 1 in warehousing. The aforementioned large small man Carl was his name and the ex army fella are racits stating highly offensive racist jokes and also would not assist in accommodating my ADHD resulting in me leaving a course that I most certainly would of passed if I had of recieved a better understanding to my condition. It clearly states on Inspira website "Diversity Complient" they most certainly are not!!

Over 10 years unemployed to multiple interviews and a Job Offer in less than 2 months coming here. Will go above and beyond to do anything they can to help you get interviews, pass the interviews and support into starting the job. Brilliant service and great staff. If you are put on any courses, or schemes or back to work programs such as restart, if you have a choice in it ask to be assigned to inspira over any other provider.
