Me and my partner have a had a really tough time recently with trying to find our new home and since weve come to Cumbrian Properties everything has been so much Easier. Sue, who has been helping us find our new first home has been an absolute star! All the anxiety and stress just left straight away as soon as we came here! The whole process of moving in and all that adult stuff couldnt have been more stress free if Im honest and I cant thank Sue enough for all of the help we have received! This is just what we needed! Would recommend to absolutely anyone who is looking for stress free agents to help whenever needed!

There is no other estate agent in the area who knows the business better. I have used Cumbrian properties for the last 30 years, having sold at least 10 houses through them, and have purchased a number of houses through them. I have never found fault with any aspect of their business, they are professional, courteous and super efficient. Always keen with their rates and enthusiastic in their work, I have never had a house on the market for more than 4 weeks before they have managed to sell it. Ann has been the most dependable 'go to' member of staff for many years, and she has always given the job 100%, and never fails. I have recommended Cumbrian Properties to many people over the years, they have a great reputation which is well deserved!

I have used cumbrian properties for several years to let out my property and each time I have been so impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. Sue Moses and her team at carlisle have been fantastic and secured great tenants within days, saving me time hassle and money. Sue was knowledgeable, professional, yet warm and friendly, very responsive and gave me a fantastic service. I would not hesitate to use cumbrian properties again and would recommend them and Sue to anyone.
