        Very impressed with the service in this shop, I had an issue with the electrical recliner mechanism on my sofa and they came out and sorted it for me the same day. Especially impressed as I had purchased the sofa elsewhere. Thanks guys.

        Fantastic customer service. Christine was great: she is very knowledgeable and helpful when I was choosing a new sofa. The price was reasonable and the sofa (made to order) arrived within the time quoted and there was great communication throughout. Delivery team also first class. Donaldsons is miles better than the high street chains. Highly recommended.
