The Baby Boutique Carlisle

I recently contacted the store via email about a Venicci travel system that was discontinued. They got back to me very quickly to say they would try to get one. I can only thank Sarah and the team for going more than the extra mile and getting exactly what my daughter wanted. The customer service was brilliant, they kept me up to date and processed my whole order quickly. Thanks again Baby Boutique I'd definitely recommend them!

I have changed my review to 4 stars for as you explained in your response were kind enough to provide me with a spare wheel was just very angry when wrote original post which was slightly unfair . Just felt let down as the pram has been amazing was bought from yous originally and has seen my daughter through to her toddler stage. Your store is lovely I have no complaints about yourselves or how your store is laid out ect it's a beautiful shop with normally great if not excellent customer service . Just on this occasion do feel let down. Understand that postal issues cant be controlled by yourselves but surely before a week has almost passed it should have been chased up with the warehouse provider. I
