Fantastic variety of materials and sewing essentials Sarah is amazing nothing is too much bother and when I couldn't get to the shop my items were posted to me .good value very friendly service I always leave the shop smiling see you all soon oh and there's 10% of at the moment

Absolutely fantastic service. I bought my Bernette machine earlier this year and somehow I managed to do a proper job of breaking it. I contact the Superior Sewing Centre and they were brilliant. Paul spoke to me on the phone and via email to talk me through some troubleshooting techniques (I'm fairly new to machine sewing so was panicked) which put me at ease, but didn't solve my issue. Paul suggested I send him my machine and he would investigate further. He went above and beyond and needless to say, I had my machine returned in good time and working like a dream. he fixed my problem, free of charge and I'm convinced it actually works better now than it did before I broke it. I would highly recommend the Superior Sewing Centre for all of your stitchy needs :-)
