I was looking for a company in Cumbria to promote my courses and heard about a business grant via the Cumbria Growth Hub, which can be used to help pay for working with an agency in Cumbria. I was so pleased to hear that there was financial support available, which has been extremely valuable to me in growing my newish small business. The Growth Hub also provided me with a list of local companies who could help me to promote my business. I spent a long time researching different companies but couldn't seem to find anyone who could help with everything I needed. As a sole trader, I had been doing most things related to my business on my own, or with occasional help from various companies on separate aspects like website and graphics, but what I really needed was help with everything! So when I found out that Creative Hutch provide support in not only promotion and website, but branding, design and strategy too, I was excited and relieved to have found a company who could guide me on all these different areas. The support they provide is like nothing I've ever experienced working with other design companies; they are extremely warm, enthusiastic and timely in all communication, from the initial emails, to coming to my home for a face to face meeting (as I was without a car), and the ongoing emails and video calls. I really feel like they've got my back and are as excited as I am to help grow my business. The work on the branding is in depth, and they've taught me a lot about communicating my values to customers, the brand design is really beautiful, eye-catching and stylish, the web design proposals have filled my heart with joy because they look so gorgeous and smart! Looking forward to when the new site is online :) And Vicky and Carol have really helped me work out lots of logistics to do with my course packages, which I really needed guidance on. I can't emphasise it enough, the Creative Hutch team really stand out from the rest due to their comprehensive service to help you with all aspects of your business success, as well as their extremely kind and approachable nature. They make you feel good all the time!

Vicky redesigned my companys website and in-store advertising. Im not only really impressed with her design, but also her knack for holistic branding and communication. Vicky has also been very willing to collaborate with our other partners and diligent about meeting our deadlines. We are very proud to launch our new website thanks to her thoughtful and impactful design. I appreciate her effort and look forward to working with her in the long-term.

Working with the team at Creative Hutch has been amazing! They have taken the rough ideas I had for my company and developed them into an amazing brand and webpage. They have been helpful with any questions and queries I have had about building a website. Im especially impressed with the business cards that they designed, I cant wait to hand them all out.
