Internet never works and we pay 60 pounds a month for it. We get lied to on the phone when told it is being fixed. We have been trying to work from home with no Internet for 4 days using 4g from our phones to go in meetings. If we had another option on Internet providers we would go else where.

1st and foremost this company is always there when you need them. Friendly,polite and responsive. As regard the satallite internet speed, it's the best I can get where we live and it manages to deliver connectivity to 3 mobiles plus Netflix and other streaming services. It's not as fast as a cable service and this was made clear at the begining but there is not an alternative anyway. We are 3 years with Solway and I would seriously have to be presented with a better alternative before I'd even consider leaving the service. Local business operated by local people.

Started off getting good speeds and latency (30ms) and over time it just degrades, and no matter how many times we say that we're not getting a good enough service they send an 'engineer' round that does nothing but turn off all the devices in the house and run a speedtest... This is just not practical and it is very patronising. Now have ping spikes up in the thousands... nice
