Was due to have a quotation done at 2pm today - after several texts/ emails to remind me of said appointment, It seems their sales team arent so keen to turn up to appointments. Now 6pm and still no sign of him very unprofessional and disappointing. I did receive a missed call but it never actually rang, which may have been them at 14:58 - 58 minutes after the start of their one hour window, but no voice mail or subsequent attempt to get in touch if it was in fact them. Sadly I cant recommend them, perhaps the sales team need all the appointment reminders that youre so keen to send to the home owners.

Another excellent job from start to finish. Thanks to Peter Sales & quotation, ladies in finance who processed payment and Patrick who installed. We used West Coast Blinds at our previous address and didn't look anywhere else when we moved house. Couldn't beat their professionalism, friendliness, quality, price and a 3 year warranty. Thanks again for a stress free purchase.
