*** UPDATE DUE TO CELSIUS DOORS REPLY *** This was not an emergency call out as given as reason by Celsius for charge, I called Sunday but you didn't come out until the next day. Also, your engeneer didn't have the required parts to fix our door thus wasting our time but he apologied, we are fair people and said no problem. We asked can you provide the required quotes that he suggested and he left. If I had know what would result, I should have been invoicing Celsius for wasting my time. But crazily I get an invoice from you. Like I said in my email, I won't be paying this invoice. If you'd like to take me to court, I'd love to see you there! *** end of update *** Asked for Celsius Doors to come out and look at our Warehouse roller door. They did and provided a quote for upgrading the door as this is what they said was needed. We went to our landlord who refused the works. We went back to Celsius who said it would be 466 Inc vat for a basic repair so we then shopped around, another repairer fixed it for 140 all in. This was aroubd a month ago. Today we find a bill for 107 from Celsius which seems to me like a fine for not taking up your quote...
