Me & my little boy love Wee rascalz! Its a great place to come and let your little one run free, its safe and plenty of seating area to enjoy a nice coffee and piece of cake in peace!

Our favourite soft play in Carlisle. Well priced, good food options, friendly staff and the equipment is clean, well maintained and keeps my son occupied for hours! The jungle card is a great addition making play even more affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Visited Sunday 23rd whilst there was a public party going on with older children. Our DD has sensory issues and cant play when its too busy/manic. Spoke to staff who were rude and said its not their fault our DD is like that and wont play - this is correct but what is the harm and being inclusive??? Offer a return visit, partial refund or even advertise when public parties are happening. Whats worse was the staffs lack of empathy for those with different needs which is such a shame!! For comparison we were there exactly 1 week ago and DD spent over 2 hours so its not just that she wont play or doesnt like it. Its clear theyre only interested in making money!! UPDATE - I have conversed with the owner and although we were informed beforehand and our DD wasnt keen to play we have resolved the issue and the centre is going to take my comments on board. We appreciate the time and effort but our issues have been resolved and we have been offered a voucher for a return visit perhaps when there are no parties
