        Two downstairs floods in the first year and Esh wouldn't come out to the house as they said it was to far to travel. Secondly we found out purely by chance that part of the land that is in our boundary had been given to next door and they have put the hedge in the wrong place. AVOID THEM

        Standards of my house is shocking, I spoke to esh about this and give them a chance to come and sort the long list of problems. A plumber came to fix our brand new boiler and toilets with a pen and paper. The decorator came to sort a list of problems with popped screws and screws covers on door cases in every room. He fixed one door way and said he was done leaving saw dust and paint splatters over the new flooring.
