        Thought I'd arranged a deep clean but I emailed with suggested dates and called several times. No-one has got back to me. If you're ill or on holiday it's a good idea business-wise to leave an auto response / voice message to avoid loss of trade.

        We recently moved and the team have been fabulous, very kind and very flexible as our plans kept on changing. The carpets look like new and I was impressed to see the excellent standard the rest of the house, incl kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned to. Thanks everyone - you did great!
