        Clean and functional which is what you expect from an IBIS. We stayed here (a family of 4 split across 2 rooms) on the way up and way back from a trip to Scotland. It is close to a night club so on the Friday night it was a bit noisy but not that bad. Monday night was fine. Charger in the car park run by Podpoint is a bit hit and miss. Side B works but side A doesn't seem to. But there are other chargers nearby (and there are loads of rapid chargers at Gretna). Walkability: It's really close the train station and centre of Carlisle
