Over half hour waiting for drinks.
Gammon was so overcooked It was dry and hard. 40 minutes waiting for desert after reminding them and it turns up cold.
Table opposite ordered steak with peppercorn sauce and was still waiting for the sauce to turn up when I left 15 minutes later.
Breakfast is ok cant moan about that.
If it wasnt for the fact I had a food allowance I would of gone to one of the food outlets round the corner. The waiting staff was trying hard but was short staffed.
Rooms and parking is good for what it is.
