        I visited the store in Carlisle yesterday and after a slightly rocky start (my usual hairdresser wasn't there/my train was delayed/I was late!) Karlie was absolutely amazing. She had her work cut out with my dark over-coloured hair but carried on like the true professional she so obviously is with a very bubbly personality. She went out of her way to produce the result I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. An absolute credit to the company. Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
