        Wonderful gym, made to feel completely welcome. I was a complete beginner, started it in my 30s. Feel more and more competent and its helped me lose over 25kg in the process. Hard work, gruelling at times but a fantastic bunch of people.

        First time at a martial arts or boxing gym of any kind. I'm a older guy and everyone is just so unbelievable friendly and helpful. There is no egos that you find in most gyms. If you have thought about going do you won't regret it.
