I was on hold for 30 minutes and then when I finally got through, they hung up on me so then called back, on hold for another 40 minutes when I wanted to speak with someone about advertising a Job inside the Jobcentre for people who are looking for work. Disgraceful.

Really awful automated telephone service. These things are bad at the best of times, but calling the jobcentre is something we only do in rotten circumstances. The last thing we need is a rubbish system that doesn't understand when you tell it why you are calling. Helpful staff when I did get through though.
