        Avoid this place like the plague. I have wasted two days of annual leave and multiple telephone exchanges, all to get an empty calor gas cylinder collected. Have been told they would come and not turned up. What started out as a polite request has left me enraged and still wanting my calor gas cylinder collected.......how these companies stay in business is beyond me!!

        What a waste of time. I traveled for a fair distance as the internet says its open until 16.30 only to find the door locked and apparently you can only get it delivered. There is no need for this now that covid restrictions are lifted. Very frustrating to say the least

        Possibly THE most unhelpful woman i have ever had the misfortune to encounter... even the simplest of exchanges could not have been more problematic. Avoid this place until they change the staff. Disgusted

        Truly poor customer service, very unhelpful and seem to be more interested finding reasons not to provide a service than trying to help their customers. Very disappointed.
