My mum and I were here on Saturday 1st April. The front counter staff were standing about, my mum ordered 2 medium big mac meals. They were taking a while and my mum asked for a refund and the member of staff just walked away. My mum used the disabled toilet, she said she had to plodge as the floor was wet, smelt of sewrage and urine.

Has improved greatly. Tables cleaned immediately (usually) toilets always clean. Has a large number of students at dinner time. But quiter after 1pm weekdays. Service is fast considering the large volume of customers. Kid-friendliness: Always bring my kids. There are i pads and crayons and stuff. But mine don't use them. If my kid has a tantrum it's ok.
